Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KSP application and website (collectively, the “Service”). By connecting your TikTok for Business account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
KSP is a management tool for TikTok advertising accounts. Through the TikTok Marketing API, and only for the advertiser accounts you authorize, the Service can:
- retrieve advertising performance data — including spend, impressions and clicks, broken down by hour — present it to you, and write those costs into the tracking platform you configure;
- read the review status of your ads and notify you when it changes, in the dashboard and through a Telegram bot you supply;
- upload the creative assets you provide and create, update, pause or resume campaigns, ad groups and ads, using the templates, budgets and targeting parameters you define;
- read your pixels, audiences and custom conversions so you can select them while configuring an ad group;
- read delivery diagnostics, manage automated rules you define, and moderate comments on your own ads.
KSP acts only on the advertiser accounts you have explicitly connected, and only on your instruction or on a schedule you configure yourself. The Service never acts on accounts you have not authorized, and it does not place advertising on its own behalf.
2. Authorization and Accounts
- You must register an account with a valid email address, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- To use the Service you must authorize KSP through TikTok’s official authorization flow.
- If you configure a third-party tracker, you confirm you are authorized to write data to it, and you remain responsible for that platform.
- You represent that you are permitted to grant access to the advertiser accounts you connect.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You may revoke KSP’s access at any time through your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting within the Service.
3. Your Advertising Content and Compliance
You are solely responsible for the campaigns, creative assets, landing pages, targeting and budgets you publish through the Service, and for ensuring that they comply with the TikTok Advertising Policies, the TikTok Business Products (Ads) Terms and all applicable laws in every market you target. KSP does not review, approve, endorse or verify your advertising content, and providing the Service is not a representation that your ads comply with any policy.
Ad review outcomes reported by the Service come from TikTok and are informational only. Nothing in the Service is intended to influence, predict or work around TikTok's review process.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or the TikTok Business Products (Ads) Terms.
- Use the Service to circumvent or interfere with TikTok's ad review or enforcement processes, to misrepresent an advertiser's identity or a landing page's content, or to continue activity that TikTok has restricted or suspended.
- Connect advertiser accounts you are not authorized to operate, or use another person's credentials.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ data, or TikTok systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or the TikTok API.
- Reverse engineer or misuse any part of the Service beyond what these Terms permit.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the Service is being used in any of these ways.
5. Compliance with TikTok Policies
Your use of TikTok data through the Service is also subject to TikTok’s developer terms, platform policies, and API usage limits. We access, store, and use TikTok data only as necessary to provide the Service and in accordance with those policies and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell TikTok data, and we do not use it to build products for anyone other than the advertiser it belongs to.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by KSP and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. KSP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reporting data retrieved from third-party APIs will be complete or accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
